Remastered from Ginary's VaultGinary calls in Sasha Foxx's twin step-sister Natasha to ask her how business is going. As top lieutenant to the sadistic crime boss, Natasha is reluctant to tell her the bad news that a mole has infiltrated their organization. Ginary uses an aquarium pump to punish Natasha for not doing her job as head of security. She is disappointed in Natasha's inability to break the mole and find out who sent her and why. Natasha suggests that surely Ginary can get the answers from the tricky spy as her belly grows painfully full. Ginary continues her belly inflating punishment of Natasha while she tries to get information from the mole Orias. Orias laughs at Natasha, and mocks Ginary's questions. Ginary becomes infuriated and orders Natasha to remove the hose from her own ass and it in Orias. Orias tries to stay strong, laughing in the face of certain doom, but that only makes Ginary more angry. She turns the dial up more and more until Orias begins to talk. Ginary turns the pump all the way up while Orias cries out in pain.
